From intersection of Route 336 and 337 in Levy County, go Northeast on Route 337 to SE 125th Lane. Go East on SE 125th Lane .4 miles. Cemetery is on the left side of the road.

Notes: Data collected 12/28/2000. Many of the older tombstones were made by a person who could not write nor spell well. I have put a comment in parenthesis to confirm spellings that are on these tombstones, even though the spelling is obviously incorrect. The names Dyess & Dias are the same family, but the names are also spelled correctly. There is a story behind the different spellings. The one that is possibly spelled wrong is the Diass. There are 9 identifiable graves with illegible or missing tombstones. This is a private family cemetery.
